Hey there friends, I’m Hailey, the face behind crumb coat & chill. Right now we are a one woman show, so I design, bake, decorate, and taste test every sweet treat that comes out of my kitchen. With a passion for art and baking since childhood, I've spent over 10 years training in classic bakeries and fine dining restaurants.

crumb coat & chill operates as a licensed cottage bakery based out of my home, but my dream is to open my own brick and mortar bakery someday!

When I'm not baking, I enjoy spending time with my family, collecting rare houseplants, and listening to true crime podcasts. crumb coat & chill is, and always will be a safe, inclusive space that loves, celebrates, and supports individuals & communities who have been marginalized or overlooked.
